After about five times of use, the handle refuses to extend fully. I am definite that heys luggage is basically fixed if I can dismantle the suitcase, but why ought to I must? Also, the zipper has slipped out two times already. It comes apart like a hoodie jacket, except that heys luggage is not supposed to, & heys luggage definitely is more difficult to slip back in to place. It is a pain.
